We, as an online company, are very fortunate to be able to continue to serve you during these difficult times and deliver the floral greeting that allows you to make that small gesture to relatives or loved ones even over long distances.
Our florists and we have made some changes to the way we operate to meet the increased measures and government recommendations.
Yes. Although flower shops in Germany are closed, many local florists in our nationwide florist network will still deliver your bouquet. We also deliver bouquets directly from the producer via DHL. Find the bouquets that are sent via courier and mail (deliveries via DHL may currently be subject to delivery delays of 1-2 business days).
However, our florists are struggling with supply problems of fresh cut flowers. This means that the assortment is more limited than you are used to from us. We therefore advise - in order to support our florists - to order a special florist's design bouquet. With these bouquets, the florists' creativity is given free rein and they will create a bouquet with the most beautiful flowers they have in stock. Please find the different florist designs.
Our florists are happy about every flower order. Given that many florists do not currently have all flower varieties in stock, it is easiest for the florists if you order their individual florist creations. With these bouquets, the florist hand-creates an original masterpiece with fresh, seasonal flowers in the colours of your choice, freely according to their creativity.
You can find the different options for the original florist creations.
Delivery via florist
Yes. Most of our local florists deliver the bouquets themselves or use their own couriers, therefore can still deliver your order. However, due to the large increase in demand, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Delivery via DHL
DHL is currently experiencing delivery delays of 1-2 business days.
Due to the increased Corona measures throughout Germany and Europe, many florists are currently experiencing supply shortages of fresh cut flowers. Therefore, it may happen that the bouquet delivered does not exactly match the product image shown on the website. However, we can assure you that our florists will do their best to meet your requirements as closely as possible.
Yes. Our florists will deliver your bouquet contactless and try to follow all Corona measures as much as possible.
General procedure
Bouquets delivered via DHL are tied, securely packaged and collected from the producer by DHL one (1) business day before the requested delivery date. As soon as the package containing your bouquet is accepted and scanned by DHL, you will receive an email by us with the tracking code. On the DHL website, you can then follow the parcel and select any delivery alternatives (drop off at a neighbour's, provide a different delivery address) in case the recipient is not home on the delivery date.
Adjustments to a delivery
A delivery via DHL is fully automated. This means that once the parcel is on its way, we at Euroflorist have no means to make any adjustments to your order. It is therefore important that the address, including house number, address suffix and postcode, is correct and that the recipient's name is clearly written on the bell of the address given.
